Journeys: LABS + BRAIN HEALTH
Look beneath the surface.
Your ability to think, focus, decide, adapt, and perform doesn’t happen in isolation. It depends in part on your biological infrastructure.
Journeys gives you direct access to carefully selected labs that can help you examine the data behind your brain health—and identify biological factors that may be supporting or limiting your capacity.
Lab testing is provided through Fullscript and independent physician authorization where required. Dr. Teralyn is not the ordering physician.

DATA IN CONTEXT
A number is not a human being.
Lab results can tell us something about biological infrastructure. They cannot tell us, by themselves, how well a person is thinking, functioning, working, connecting, or living.
Looking across markers such as nutrient status, blood sugar, thyroid function, inflammation, and metabolic health can add another layer of information about factors that may intersect with brain health and capacity.
The point isn’t to hunt for something wrong. It’s to understand what the data can tell us—and what it can’t.
Lab testing is provided through Fullscript. Testing availability and physician authorization requirements vary by state and test type.
WHY ACCESS MATTERS TO ME
I don't think you should have to fight to understand your own body.
After 25 years working in mental health, I’ve seen how often we focus on symptoms without asking enough questions about what’s happening underneath them.
Fatigue. Brain fog. Changes in mood. Difficulty concentrating. Low energy.
We can spend a lot of time talking about these experiences without ever looking at some of the basic biological factors that might be contributing.
And that bothers me.
I’m a big believer that basic lab testing should be accessible, understandable, and part of a bigger conversation about health. You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to ask questions about your own biology.
That doesn’t mean everyone needs every test. And it certainly doesn’t mean a lab result explains everything.
But I believe people deserve access to information that can help them make informed decisions.
That’s why I wanted to make it easier to explore foundational lab testing, understand what the results may mean, and know when it’s time to bring a healthcare professional into the conversation.
Because your health shouldn’t be a guessing game. And curiosity about your own body shouldn’t be treated like a problem.
JOURNEYS | HUMAN CAPACITY
Human capacity has biological infrastructure.
How you think, learn, work, create, connect, and contribute depends in part on the biology supporting your brain.
Journeys helps you examine that infrastructure through lab data, health history, nutrition, and other relevant factors—then turn what you learn into a practical plan.
Here's what you get.
✓ Comprehensive lab testing
✓ Clear interpretation of your results
✓ Your data considered in context
✓ Nutrition and lifestyle priorities
✓ Follow-up testing and reminders
✓ Everything organized in one app
Lab testing is provided through Fullscript. Testing availability and physician authorization requirements vary by state and test type.
YOUR LABS. IN CONTEXT.
Measure what may be shaping your capacity.
Lab data can give us another view of the biological infrastructure behind how you think, decide, work, adapt, and perform.
The number isn’t the destination. It’s part of the journey. Put the data in context, decide what matters, and follow what changes over time.
01
Choose your lab
Start with what you want to understand.
Select testing that fits the questions you’re asking. Journeys handles the testing process and coordinates the next steps.
02
Understand your results
Put the numbers in context.
Your results are organized inside Journeys so you can see patterns, trends, and what may deserve a closer look.
03
Build your plan
Turn information into something usable.
Use what you learn to identify practical priorities that may include nutrition, supplementation, sleep, movement, and other lifestyle factors.
04
Follow your trajectory
See what changes over time.
Retesting can help you see what’s changing, what isn’t, and where your priorities may need to adjust.
Lab testing is provided through Fullscript. Dr. Teralyn does not prescribe, independently order, or authorize laboratory testing through this program. When physician authorization is required, it is provided separately through Fullscript’s laboratory network. Availability and pricing may vary by location. Does not replace your Primary Physician.
START WITH THE QUESTION
You don’t need every lab. You need the right starting point.
Testing should answer a question, not create a pile of numbers. Start with one marker or look more broadly at the biological infrastructure behind your capacity.
Vitamin D Check
One simple measurement. A straightforward place to start when vitamin D is part of the question.
Brain Nutrient Check
A focused look at vitamin B12, folate, vitamin D, iron, and ferritin—nutritional factors that help support the biological foundations of energy, cognition, and brain function.
Brain Health Foundations
A broader look across metabolic health, inflammation, nutrient status, iron, and thyroid function for a wider view of the biological infrastructure supporting brain health and capacity.
Your biology isn’t static. Follow-up testing and reminders are built into Journeys so you can see what changes over time—not just one set of numbers.
DON’T NEED LAB TESTING?
Start with the foundation of human capacity.
Your brain needs raw materials to think, focus, decide, create, regulate energy, and perform. Capacity Foundations: Nutrition gives you a practical way to strengthen that biological foundation—without labs or a complicated plan.
Here's what you get.
✓ Practical nutrition guidance for brain health
✓ Simple, brain-supportive recipes
✓ Smarter shopping and food swaps
✓ Nutrition resources in the app
✓ Tools to build and track habits over time
Already choosing Journeys? Nutrition support is already included, so you don’t need this program separately.

BRAIN HEALTH
Love Your Worries – They Don’t Have to Make You More Anxious!
Many of us have heard of the Law of Attraction. It’s a spiritual concept that has become popular since the movie, “The Secret,” in the early 2000’s, but isn’t new. It’s actually ancient wisdom that we have rediscovered in a powerful way. The Law of Attraction is...
WHAT THIS IS…AND ISN’T
What this is...
Another window into your biological infrastructure.
Labs can add information about factors that may be relevant to brain health and capacity.
Data to put in context.
Results can be considered alongside your history, medications, nutrition, symptoms, and how you actually function.
A way to ask better questions.
Sometimes the value of testing is not an answer. It is knowing what deserves a closer look.
What this isn't...
It isn’t a medical appointment.
Dr. Teralyn does not order, prescribe, or authorize these labs. She is a PhD, not a medical doctor.
It isn’t a diagnosis.
A lab result cannot, by itself, establish what is causing a symptom or change in function.
It isn’t a prescription for what to do next.
The information does not replace individualized medical evaluation or medical decision-making.
It isn’t proof that more data means more certainty.
Sometimes more information clarifies the picture. Sometimes it changes the question.
That’s part of the journey.
READY TO LOOK CLOSER?
Get the data. Understand the trajectory.
You don’t need every answer before you begin. Choose the information that helps you better understand the biological infrastructure behind your brain health and capacity.
Testing is provided through Fullscript (a direct to consumer lab). Dr. Teralyn Sell does not order or authorize these labs. Where required, authorization is provided by an independent licensed physician through Fullscript.
